6. Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Account Restrictions & KYC Requirement
- High-Value Transaction Monitoring: Any single transaction or aggregated transactions exceeding USD 1,000,000 (or equivalent value in any cryptocurrency) will be automatically flagged as suspicious.
- Temporary Blocking: Flagged transactions or associated wallet addresses may be blocked for up to 30 business days. During this period, no funds can be moved or withdrawn from the blocked address.
- Pending Status: If a blocked transaction's status is changed to "Pending," this indicates that the funds remain under investigation for an unspecified duration. Pending investigations may require more than one week and can last up to the maximum block period.
- Investigation Scope: Investigations may include analysis of related wallets, trading accounts, associated exchanges, bridge transfers, or other on-chain/off-chain activities.
- Release with KYC: Upon conclusion of the investigation, if funds are to be released, the wallet owner must complete an enhanced KYC process before access is restored. Until successful KYC verification, funds will remain in pending status.
- Maximum Pending Duration: The maximum pending period for blocked funds is 30 business days. After this period, if KYC is incomplete, funds will continue to be held until verification.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.
